Moved back into the timeshare in Orlando from Stuart Florida. On Thursday, went to Sarasota to visit my sister, Kathy and husband, Verlon for 3 days. Went to a movie and a play and played cribbage too. Had a wonderful time at their park that is the largest RV park in the US, Sun 'N Fun.

Retirement home for the Bronowich's

Got to visit with Mike & Amy Bronowich's and son, Joe and wife, at their new retirement home in Port St. Lucie. As you can see, nothing has changed with the entertainment style of the North. [PBR's]

No, we're not that big to stop traffic but the one behind us was! It seems strange that they stop traffic on both the railroad and highway to lift the draw-bridges for the water traffic.

South to Stuart, FL

Moved Monday with the Daytona southern traffic rush 148 miles to Stuart area. We are currently residing at Phipps Park near the St. Locie Canal & Locks until Sunday.

Six hours later....

A day time start - a night time race finish, 20+ degrees colder, pot hole fixed again and hopefully the last restart.

We went to dinner Friday night with John Jr & Donna, Mark & Anna Jones from Mettit Island and transplanted Cortlandite Gary Fisk. As you can see, he hasn't changed a bit!

Attended the thursday races with John Jr & Donna Partigianoni from Cortland in the Sprint Tower section.

On the move Sunday

Pulled out of Westgate Vacation Villas on one side [west] of Kissimmee to Ponderosa RV Park to the other side [east] on Boggy Creek Road. Got great reception here to watch both the 'cuse and the Saints win. We are relaxing now for the invasion John Jr [and Donna] on Wednesday.

Cruising Saturday nite.........

We spent some time at Old Town Kissimmee checking the Saturday Night Cruise event. It seems some of the "snowbirds" bring their cars down here with them to show them off too. Nice!

Gave the wife the night off thursday from cooking to attend the Makahiki Luau at Sea World in Orlando. It was a Polynesian Feast of white fish with pina colada sauce, hawaiian chicken, Polynesian style pork with vegetable medley and fried rice. The pina coladas and the entertainment all night long was great too.

Some fun for young at heart....thats us

We spent the day with Jeff & Ginger Allen at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Took in the great shows and rides [speciality Ginger's favority, Hollywood Tower]. The car stunt show was great as well as the Indiana Jones. Unfortunlaty the later show of Indiana Jones, one of the actors got injured in his fall. Also watched an America Idol audition show that was taped for later and we voted too. I picked the wrong contestant of course and who saids we can't get our piture taken with the cartoon characters like the kids.

New week----January 31st

Moved on to Westgate Town Center in Kissimmee for the week to relax with a little more room. This is our timeshare and the place is still growing with three more buildings since our October '08 visit. Weather has been great [hi 60's to low 70's] compared to NY.
