Merry Christmas to all our followers from Ormond Beach Florida. Quite a few snowbirds out on the beach [and busy] this morning as the temperature was 65 with a high to 78. We visited the Daytona Family Moose in Ormond Beach Christmas eve day for a little Christmas cheer. Not like 281 Bowl is.

Saying good bye to Ed and Barb Bursch at Williston Saturday .
Saying hello to Boyd and Judy Chamberlain in Inverness, FL from Cortland on Sunday. Go Giants!

Bert Haese's new florida home

Found Bert Haese's [our Little York neighbor] new home at the preserve in Williston. Seemed to be occupied by someone or something else at this time. Judy [his wife and the smart one] stayed in Stuart, FL.

Around the area.

Visited Two Tails Elephant Preserve in Williston, FL. They have had more than 100 elephants come through here over the years with abusive injuries, starvation or just abandoned. This preserve has been in the family for 9 generations. They taught them tricks and even how to paint. Paintings available for $35.00. Very interesting.

Pine cones anyone???

Linda and Barb [Bursch] spent the day painting and decorating pine cones for the motorhomes. Ed {Bursch] and I spent our time looking for limes for our Coronas. Both couples had a great day!
