Old RV "1880"

Can't imagine going west on a stagecoach. Must admit they got better gas milage but we can carry more beer!

1880 Town

Made a short stop to check out the old West town that had a lot of the props used in the movie, "Dancing with Wolves."

Lewis & Clark Expedition

Looking at the Missouri River near the area that Lewis & Clark Expedition first found the river in 1804.

Which way is west?

Linda checking with a local native on which way is out of town. He said use your GPS!

Inside the Corn Palace

A quick look inside found the gym was also done and the inside walls had photos of each year's theme dating back to 1892.

Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD

On the move Monday to stop at Sioux Falls, SD. Same scenery as the last post. Corn and soy bean fields. Stopped at the Corn Palace on Tuesday. It is changed every year in design theme and yes, they use 12 different varities of corn used for color. They are currently doing 2011 murals with this years new corn corp.
