Home for now..

Arrived here, Grand Lakes RV and Golf Resort on Thursday, November 13th, for six days in the sun.
The above picture is the horseshoes pits and

this is the driving range. Located off I 75 just

above Ocala, this resort has been updated to 409 flat sites with a nine hole executive golf course and a heated swimming pool.

"Streets" are paved and all sites are very spacious as you can see with Linda enjoying the sun. The blue pick-up over top of our blue Versa belongs to Don & Vivian Lawson from Hartford, NY. They have been here for nine years and used to play at Walden Oaks CC.

We made it....again...

Arrived in the sunny, warmer state [line] of Florida at 12:12 PM on Saturday after 10 days leisure driving and visiting. Current at River Run Campgrounds near Branford, Fl after just 1339 more miles on the "old Brave." Congratulations to the Homer Trojans football today on their big win and great season.

Home for a very few days...

Staying at Charlane & Jim's home in Sanford, NC on the edge of Quail Ridge Golf Course for a few days. Weather in the high 60's so we will be whacking the white thing around.

Runnin' with the truckers.......

Left Richmond, VA Monday morning for Sanford, NC to visit some friends from Cortland when we had a twenty minute delay. Just can't have two trucks in the same passing lane.

The grand nieces...

Sleep over for the grand nieces, twins Emily, {left} Rachel, {right} and Ellena {bottom} on a Saturday night. All set for a cool night in the Brave.

Welcome to Americamps RV Resort....

Located just off 95 in Ashland {north of Richmond}, the campground is very clean, friendly and the sites are very well spaced with full hookups, free wifi and cable. They offer free waffle breakfast in the mornings too.

All down hill....

Down  81 to 64 on friday to Richmond for the week-end. Staying until monday with Linda's niece Lori and her girls. Colors are beautiful and the leaves are still on the trees.
