Good gas mileage

The next four days after Gettysburg we spent 50 miles west of Richmond. Hurricane Ida came through and we were stuck in the rain for 48 hours. We stayed due to flooding, wind and lots of rain. Also, wanted to visit my neice, Lori and Ellena, but Lori was sick and we were kind of waiting for her to get better. Well, on Friday we decided to leave the rain and wind and head to Asheboro, NC. But only 30 miles into the trip and the RV lost power. Hence, a tow truck and back to Charlottesville, VA and into the rain again for a repair job. Thankfully, it was a simple fix. A wire on the steering column vibrated loose and with some goup and a couple tie wraps, we were good to go. It was too late to get a campsite so we stayed at Jim Price Chevrolet for the night. Today we left and headed to Asheboro again and this time we made it. Sunny and 75 degrees. Hope the second week of our trip is better than the first. Hurricane and breakdown-not a good combination.
