Lunch buddies...

Some more lunch buddies hanging around. How about the two for one shot. The Buckhorne houses the Texas Ranger Museum that we came to see but at $19.95 each, lunch and the $15.00 parking fee earlier, Linda couldn't afford it.

The Buckhorn Saloon

After the Alamo, we strolled down to the Buckhorn Saloon for "lunch." Lunch was great if we shared with animals on the walls.

The Alamo

We are in the city of San Antonio at the the Alamo. The monument lists the names of 186 men that sacrificed their lives fighting for Texas independence. The fall of the Alamo was March 6, 1836, 175 years ago. The Alamo original called Mission San Antonio De Valero was built in 1817.
